Accepted Methods of Payment:

*We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 2-5 day delivery time, with a slight delay during Holidays. We make every effort to ship within 1-2 business days!

Shipping Methods: 

Merchandise will be shipped using USPS. Smaller items will be shipped First Class in effort to save the customer money. These typically arrive in 3-5 days.

When the weight is greater than 13 ounces, items will be shipped by Priority Mail.  These items typically arrive in 2-3 days.

In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers, but only on rare occasion when something is out of stock.

Shipping Charges are based on weight and location in order to keep shipping charges to a MINIMUM.

We offer a 6 Month Manufacturer's Warranty on all our brushes!!  If your brush becomes damaged or broken within 6 months from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will replace it. Receipt required.

RETURN POLICY:  Your happiness is important to us. Please email us with any concerns at: questions@loveyourfacemakeup.com and "Request for exchange" in the subject line.

*Foundation and Blush may be exchanged for a different color within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be UNOPENED.

*Customer is responsible for shipping on all exchanges. Please email us prior to exchanging.

*Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
