Brush lightly and follow with the rest of your makeup routine. 2. To Use on Eyes: Dip into the DaVinci Shimmer Powders or Nine Stacks and apply eye shadow on eyelids. Or, can be used wet or dry to apply shimmers as eye liner. 3. To Add Highlights to Hair: Dip into the Da Vinci Shimmers or Nine Stacks and apply a streak of color to your hair as desired!
